*Dealers’s Hall participanta may check in as early as 8am on Friday the 9th. Dealer’s Hall will open to the public at 11am that day. All dealers MUST check in before 9am for setup of their booth. Dealer’s Mall participants may check in on Thursday into their hotel rooms at 3pm. They may open whenever they like.

Our dealers hall welcomes vendors from anywhere to attend our convention! We are looking for dealers selling anything from anime dvds to games, plushies, buttons, keychains, pocky, swords, cosplay accessoiries, whatever! So long as it fits the theme of our con, we would love for you to attend! Please read on below regarding instructions to register for a dealer’s hall space.
DEALER’S MALL INFO
For the first time ever, we will be having a dealer’s MALL at our convention! What is a dealer’s mall? Well, we will have a hallway of rooms FILLED with vendors for you to visit! These rooms will be filled with proffessional vendors, and can stay open as long as they want throughout the duration of the convention! These rooms are ~21 x 12 feet in space and will cost $300 for the weekend for dealers. If you are interested in registering for a dealer’s mall space, please read on below regarding instructions below.
*Dealers Mall exhibitors are in the hotel’s rooms. Therefore, you may check in on Thursday the 8th at 3pm, and you must check out of the hotel by 5pm on Sunday. Please email dealers@animeconji.org with any questions you might have about checkin.
