We are currently working out our hoursa and location for the Swap Meet.  Spaces are limited, and it is first come first serve if you wish to participate.  Please read below for more info.

Saturday 10am-12pm (In the Pavilion)
Sunday 4:30pm-7pm (In the Pavilion)

SWAP MEET RULES

• This year our swap meet is free, so you are not required to obtain a CA Seller’s Permit.  Please make sure to let buyers know that all sales are final (unless you actually warrant a receipt/exchange policy on your own).  All transactions must be paid in cash to the seller…no credit cards.  Trades are acceptable if an item is being traded for another item. 
• All Swap Meet participants MUST have a convention badge for each day that they are participating
• NO FOOD OR DRINK in the Swap Meet (water bottles ok).  No one wants to have any spills on their stuff, so please eat it before you enter ot leave it outside and come back for it.
• All items being sold in swap meet must be anime related.  You can sell cosplay items, plushies, video games, dvds, manga, posters, figurines, etc.
• NO ARTWORK!  This means artists can nto sell their personal artwork here…leave it in the Artist Alley. 
• NO MULTIPLE ITEMS!  You can not have ten copies of one dvd for sale. 
• NO 18+ MATERIAL!You may not have adult material…period!  If there is an item that you are not sure qualifies as adult material, please present it to a con staff member so that they can approve/disapprove it. 
• NO CONSIGNMENTS!  You absolutely MAY NOT buy items from other people in the swap meet or in the convention with the intent of reselling it.  Sell your own stuff…this event is to help you clean out some of your stuff that others can enjoy…not for resale.
• WEAPONS FOR SALE:  You may sell certain weapons.  You may sell prop swords, airsoft/pellet guns, or cosplay prop weapons.  YOU MUST HAVE THESE CHECKED BY CON STAFF!  We will want to check any and all weapons that are being sold to make sure that A) they are peace bonded to make sure no one handling them accidentally fires it off or pulls out the blade and B) to make sure that no pellet guns are loaded.  If you do not have a weapon approved by con staff and attempt to sell, you WILL be kicked out of the Swap Meet and you MAY be kicked out of the convention for the weekend.  Please just check it in, even if you are not sure if it qualifies as a weapon or not.
• Anime Conji holds no responsibility for any transactions made in the Swap Meet.  Sellers agree to sell, buyers agree to buy.  If any object being sold in the Swap Meet goes missing, you may inform an Anime Conji staff member or security guard, and we will make sure to report it lost/stolen.  If there is any kind of dispute raised between a buyer and seller, please bring it up to con staff/security so that we can mediate the situation.
• Please have fun with this!  We want to have a Swap Meet for people to meet each other and get some cool stuff.  Don’t ruin the fun, please obey the rules!
