You must be interested in participating in the programming of Anime Conji 2012! There are different ways that you can participate as a panelist or event organizer.
Program Types
Below is a description of each form of programming participation:
- Panel – Any type of presentation or discussion on topics selected by the Panelist to teach the audience how to do something, appreciation of certain items or shows, celebration of a culture, etc.
- Workshop – Similar to a Panel except has a highlight on Participation of audience. Workshops require that you provide material/tools as needed. Anime Conji may be able to provide compensation for some materials used in the Workshops
- Event – Live Podcasts, Contests, and anything not a workshop or panel are defined as events.

Deadline
Submission Deadline is February 10th, 2012. Late submissions will not be accepted.
