I'd like to see OVA episodes... specifically from FMA Brotherhood!
I haven't seen the Yakitate!! Japan anime yet, but I love the series.
Fushigi Yuugi is a relatively old one that would bring some nostalgia.
And... Saiyuki.

Well I have magic knights rayearth, might be showing it. I havent gotten the finalized info on the anime rooms as of yet. I likes the old school stuff too, you just listed like half of my faves. lol
